COMPANY PROFILE

Midwest Construction Services, LLC (MCS) is a specialty construction contractor that is licensed, bonded and insured to perform asbestos, lead and mold site assessments and remediation services in the States of Indiana, Illinois and Michigan.  MCS provides a host of additional services to complement its main body of work such as Mercury Fluorescent Tube and PCB Ballast Recycling.

Organized in 2008, MCS management staff includes an owner-operator, two project managers and an office manager.  All of their environmental careers commenced in the mid 1980’s with the introduction of federal and state laws that formed regulatory guidelines and the asbestos remediation industry.  The knowledge and aptitude of MCS’s core management team continues to provide client satisfaction while preserving the highest standards of safety and health. 

Project owners are presented thoughtful value engineering and broad liability coverage.  Collectively, the combination equals cost effective pricing and sound assurance.  This continues to be accomplished by employing an experienced union work force, being responsive to altering site conditions, possessing state of the art equipment and a core management commitment.  The core managing commitment is an unyielding dedication to MCS’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) which govern the work.  MCS’s character pledge continues to provide a safe and sound environment for our workers, our clients and the public.

MCS is prideful of its Safety and Regulatory Records.  The National Council of Compensation Insurance has rated MCS’s Safety Modification Rating of .90 currently and will be adjusted to .87 in February 2015.
